Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately and cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

4. Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Please note:

Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, the return shipping cost will be covered by the supplier.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
